Ok so I started reading the book like I said I would.
It is taking me a lot longer to get through it because well life has been busy. BUT the first chapter talks about how doing a happiness project does not mean you’re not happy with your life, it is a way to become even happier and to learn to appreciate what you have.
The author then goes on to talk about figuring out twelve things that make you happy or would help to make you happy. So that’s where I’m at, figuring out my twelve things.
